In her role as Client Relationship Manager, Shanna draws on her extensive customer service experience to support our financial advisors and ensure a high level of care for our clients. She provides team support by opening and maintaining client accounts, scheduling appointments, preparing reports and assisting in marketing efforts. Her friendly, professional approach and dedication to client satisfaction make her a valuable asset to our team.

Shanna is a lifelong Cincinnati native who loves staying active and connected. Shanna enjoys reading to explore new ideas, practicing yoga for balance, and spending time with her close circle of friends and family. Shanna’s greatest joy comes from creating memories with her three kids – Jaden, Liam and Charli.
